Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15 the 15th of August, 1970) is an American actor. Sheedy made her debut as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Then, she joined an active member of the Brat pack, and was a part of WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor, for her performance in the role of Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Sheedy got married to David Lansbury on April 12 on the 12th of April, 1992. He was the child of Edgar Lansbury who produced Godspell and the nephew to Angela Lansbury. Beckett was born in 1994 to the couple. Sheedy admitted that she's learnt a lot from Beckett. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American film and stage actress in addition to the author of two books. Her most well-known work is her role in the Brat Pack films The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the title of the John Hughes film. The significance behind the film's name "The Breakfast Club" stems from a nickname some schools have for detention.
