Alexandra has appeared as a leading lady in 100 television and feature films, most usually the second or third female. Internationally acclaimed for her 5-year starring role as Lieutenant. Stephanie Holden in the television series Baywatch. Alexandra has her own health coaching business. Alexandra is a certified personal health coach, who talks and coaches clients on the phone around the globe. She also teaches presentations on changing habits to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. In 2019, Alexandra worked on 3 films: Escaping My Stalker, Pink Skies Ahead and The Estate, has spoken at George Washington University's Human Overpopulation Forum, Scripps Institute of Oceanography as well as Glendale Community College on the human overpopulation problem. Alexandra hosts a regular podcast known as Switch4Good that is heard worldwide and has over 3 million YouTube views and downloads. Alexandra was not in the public eye and wore a mask for the entirety of 2020. The year 2021 began with the role of Tethered. The film led to Baby Steps, her sequel to Say Yes from 2018. .
